Look no further

In terms of features at this price tier, there’s no other DAP that can beat the FiiO X1 as of today. Let’s see:

1. MicroSD card slot that can accommodate up to 2TB card
There are many players in the market but most of them unfortunately have limited memory capacity without any user option to upgrade. With X1, we don’t need to worry about running out of space since it plays from a microSD card. ore over, the microSD card slot is already future-proofed since it supports up to two terabytes. That’s insanely huge!

2. Multiple music file format support. What other player in this price tier that offers this capability?

3. Line Out port
Line out port allows us to use external amplifier to bring the sound quality of X1 to the next level. The earphone port of X1 can function as a line out port through the menu setting. I have tried it with a $70 SMSL SAP-5 pocket-size amplifier and the sound quality is awesome!

4. Upgradeable firmware
FiiO has been known to release firmwares regularly, so we can rest assured that software bugs, if any, will be well taken care of. Who knows if the next release of X1 firmware would give us more amazing features but this upgradeable firmware feature is no doubt a plus point.

5. Portability.
X1 fits nicely into pants pocket. We can carry it around easily to places.

6. Colour LCD display

If you are looking for a good capable DAP at this price range, the choice would be obvious: FiiO X1. Look no further!
