- A very good investment. =D

I was kinda disappointed when i first tried it on right after i got it into my car... the first try was on my iPhone 4S and i played my favourite Kpop songs. For trials on IEMs, i always have songs with strong bass, pure piano and vocals. guess the disappointment was due to the default tips. When i got home, i tried on different tips and IT WORKED WONDERS!! totally jumped with joy because my $$490 paid off and it was definitely a worthy investment! the design is totally gorgeous and if a picky person like me like this, it means something. awesome when i'm told that i'm the first person to collect it. =D the fit is very very comfortable and the isolation is PERFECT. not good with jargon but I hope that this noob review helped! =P

My first try and the earphone does not disappoint, the treble and mids are very clear while bass was complimenting.
I was listening to Lady Gaga and I can hear her singing so sharp while the bass is not compromised.
An awesome buy!Performance Build Quality Value For Money - Great iem, unique looks, fantastic sound

This IEM is all about quality bass. From an owner of many iems, including Westone um1, um3x, Shure SE215, SE535, UE TF10 customs, the Heir Audio 3.Ai does not disappoint. It promises to be a fun IEM, with great bass and sweet vocals, while not losing the smooth treble. If you are after complete clarity and separation, this may not be for you. Not saying that it does not have clarity, it does because after all, they have armature drivers but it is not for a critical listener like myself. The 3.Ai will draw you in with its fun signature, and make you forget about everything else!
Performance Build Quality Value For Money - Looks great, sounds even better!

The bass is so controlled, textured but still has impact and definitely not overpowering the smooth treble and the distinct highs. Its not the most analytical IEM out there but it sure is clear. Its opens up some portions of your song you may not have heard before! The build quality is flawless, the wooden faceplate is just visually stunning. The fit works for me very very well too!
Performance Build Quality Value For Money - Doesn't lose to earphones with dynamic drivers when it comes to Bass

I have come from a line of dynamic-driver earphones (Beyerdynamic DTX101, JVC FXT90SE, Sennheiser IE8, etc) and I simply could not bring myself to buy earphones with Balanced Armatures (BA) as I thought they do not produce bass in a level that is low or tight enough, imho.
However, an intrinsic curiosity made me want to foray into the land of the BA for once, and many reviews online (run a simple search yourself on google) describe the Heir Audio 3.Ai as an in-ear monitor being bassy enough without compromising its clarity. To cut the long story short, I'm elated that I made the choice as the Heir Audio 3.Ai really does not disappoint.Performance Build Quality Value For Money
