TREOO.com VIP Membership Policy

Definition
In these VIP Members' Terms and Conditions, the following words/expressions shall have the meanings as respectively set out below or same as the general terms & conditions unless the context requires otherwise:

"VIP Member" means the person who is registered under the TREOO VIP Membership. 
"Account" means an account registered under the VIP member’s name and particulars.
"Rewards" means the goods and services described in the site’s Redemption Programme or otherwise offered as the site’s Rewards and Benefits at any time.
"Points" means the reward awarded to any VIP member in the form of Audio$ which can be redeemed.

Participation
VIP Membership is offered at no charge. TREOO.com reserves the right to refuse membership.

Accumulation of Points

1. Points are awarded based on product value. The number of Points awarded is calculated based on the posted Singapore currency value of the transaction.
2. Points accrue at the rate of one point for each S$100 spent on the purchase of products, or S$50 spent for VIP Members. TREOO.com may at its discretion, increase or decrease this rate for selected transactions.
3. Points may be earned through spending by the VIP Member or through other activities introduced by TREOO.com.
4. You may only redeem Rewards and Benefits up to the value of your current Points balance.
5. Points are non-transferable and are not redeemable or convertible for cash.
6. Points expire 1 year after they are earned. VIP Members must ensure that points are used up prior to expiry. VIP Members may or may not receive an email to notify them that their points are due to expire.

1. Points accumulated are valid for up to 1 year from the date of VIP membership issuance and will expire 1 year after they are earned. Upon expiry on the validity period, any unused Points will be deducted from your account.
2. TREOO.com reserves the right to suspend or exclude you from participation or continuing to participate in the Programme if in its opinion you have breached any term in the use of your VIP membership, and TREOO.com shall not be liable for any such action.
3. TREOO.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend Points (for redemptions) earned on Accounts that are past due, or due to any cancellation of orders for reasons not caused by TREOO.com.

Rewards Redemption

1. The site’s Rewards Catalogue explains the procedures and the number of Points required for you to claim a Reward.
2. Where you have accumulated the required number of Points you may claim a Reward(s) which will be delivered upon your next purchase.

1. All Rewards are valid unless otherwise stated or whilst stock last.
2. All Rewards are subject to availability. TREOO.com cannot be held responsible for availability of the Rewards and/or manufacturing restrictions. TREOO.com may at any time and without notice alter the number of Points required for redemption.
3. Any Reward may, without notice, be withdrawn or substituted with another Reward.
4. TREOO.com will ensure that the reward(s) are of proper condition before packing and will not be liable for any damages that may incur after the item(s) are sent out.
5. Free delivery privilege only applicable to regular priced items, inclusive of items with 'VIP member only' discount.

1. VIP Membership is permanent once created, as long as you have made purchase(s) with accumulated amount of S$1,000 or more within a period of 1 year.
2. Non-VIP membership (Normal User) is automatically awarded upon account registration.
3. A VIP Member may terminate the Account in writing. Upon termination of your Account you will cease to be eligible to receive any marketing collateral or participate in the XX Programme. Any Points held in your name will be forfeited.

1. TREOO.com may at any time at its discretion suspend or terminate the site’s Rewards Programme. If TREOO.com terminates the site’s Rewards Programme, you will have one month from the notice of termination to redeem your Points.
2. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, TREOO.com shall have the absolute discretion to determine and vary these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior reference to you, including the eligibility terms and criteria and the Programme. If at any time you are found to be disqualified from the Programme by TREOO.com due to any reason whatsoever, all Points held in your name shall be disregarded and forfeited with immediate effect and TREOO.com shall not be liable for any such action.
3. These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of Singapore.
